Murphy's Law

Evening folks, i'm now blogging from Muar and i've got some epic news for y'll! nothing close to good news thats for sure.. first things first, i'm sure you might be wondering why am i residing in Muar and well mom wanted to meet a new client of hers for the very first time, so dad and i tagged along and turned it into a little family trip. it has really been awhile..

SOOOOOO anyway.. we were on our way to Sungai Mati (apparently somewhere in Muar) and well to cut the long story short our car broke down on us. the best part was that it didn't surprise us because the car engine was already having major problems. knocking noises got louder and harder. it even woke me up from my nap and the next thing i knew it, we were stopping in the middle of a 'V' junction. the air filled with panic and frustration was overwhelming. having to think that we were stranded in the middle of the highway was just.... sad. mom sweating like as though she just got out of a shower and dad raging at the mechanic through the phone. the mechanic assured dad that it was alright to drive to Muar under its current condition but it OBVIOUSLY wasn't. see daddy, you really should have just listened to your smart daughter who advised you to take the other car. sighsigh. choices we make can be utterly silly at times.

after an hour or so we managed to get a tow truck and all was good! not to mention the trucks air condition was UBER powerful! syok kah liao!

mishaps like these sometimes are just inevitable so just keep calm and find solutions out of it. crying over split milk wouldn't do any good.

really thankful that nothing bad happened during the time we got stranded. :) gonna count my blessings!
